What are a couple of things that you really look for in a driver. Or. Use all and say well it. It may be that way now but with some nurturing it could be a certain way in the future that'll be beneficial. To the operation what are some of those criteria that you use when you are picking that drivers. But I you know when you have multi car teams. Period and you wanna get someone a little bit. That'll contribute and you know that they got to get along well but you don't have a ball. Also in our sport she got to ask you know that the person that can handle himself then enough.
