We're here guys the it has gotten this farm while I'm not there going to be great it cholera. I'm not share passive aggressive party wounds and you text your homework and yeah if if they're not in school knows I don't know I don't know that there's an app for everything and I. A guest. Well I thought I was okay with a because I'm looking to not only just further the debate but also maybe this will. Spark some ideas for requests and people so yes yes yeah coming in at number three for Matty was. Of all soundtracks Rushmore one of his favorite films definitely yeah. Let's get an actual great soundtrack the original score by mark mother's body but there's some great it's a really evocative sins. He hits the field when he watches this movie he's a huge fan I. I am and so so on in and out hot and called on Wes Anderson. Tell you I don't believe I can't remember whether or seen the film or not. Yet Jason Schwartzman that that kind of weird kid Bill Murray that the mentor. He OK it's it's it's like if you if there was still video stores would be in the ultra precious department knew coming in at number two on Matty stopped three soundtracks. I think this is a top five or myself I decided to excluded because he chose it. That would be the great 1998. Paul Thomas Anderson. Porno. Expose day. Both the united yeah Dirk stabler. One of the great characters move at this movie is incredibly watchable oh yeah oh absolutely. This of course that from the great montage when they hit hi this is you know you know this is. It's called machine gun you know this is now commodores poets we have. The adrenaline comet or dad is really about the high times of Chester Rockwell dirt digger that's great movie. And number one on Matty Blake's. All time movie soundtracks. Also probably his favorite comedic film. This report. Might give you time to drive the Stonehenge to enjoy it. When is it. The bigger discussion the better the person. Big monitors from us. Final but. (%expletive) them fell below spinal Brasilia loves I was knew they were kindred spirit yeah. Perhaps. So there's Matty does uttering those are mad he's not there OK I can think is this did you do the top three. No idea okayed it but I don't blowing their I would just say that. Oh yeah I do not at my favorite. I'm not a I'm not as RO in my music knowledge is as YouTube find faults by blow was a great low blow and the music in there. Blows a great movie I make an awful. Awful confession blows like in my I keep a list of movies on my opponent movies I can't believe I've never seen that people would be shocked that it and Genesee and that's number one is. Cuckoo's nest but I it's a top ten as blog I know you're glad he's never alum I don't know all over the cuckoo's nest you know is that all my. Everyone has one of those wanted to of those movies again and NBC heat. OK and I'm sorry. Heated chicken and he is the greatest movies of all time I have in the and he you have to you have to watch that why can't miss work that. Because she got up right. Yeah Joseph hanger on and that. I love that and also greatest gunfire in movie history hands down without question. The shoot out in the middle in the streets of LA in the oh yes it'll all absolutely not that was that was based in Dallas based on real thing yeah. That real that that bank robberies in Los Angeles and what I could have done about the end when they're out out by those the airport storage mayor played place the Georgia OK chasing at the end and no. Great soundtrack to movie. On the Centre street are really ammo vigil yeah yeah okay coming in at number of carry anybody shocked it's this didn't say. Eight mile yeah miles does have a great soundtrack and they've done that well obviously. That I actually think it mile rose a better song lose yourself that you couldn't I could of I had about songs. From the on an eight mile road yeah its a great design and great all right number three on my list. I'm not even the biggest thing in this movie but it's in arguably one of the greatest soundtracks ever. Apple fiction this every fall victim. Array of Tarantino's soundtrack selection powers were on display down in pulp fiction a lot of people think it's his greatest movie ever not for me at. I happen to be. I'm prejudice to glorious bastards from them but this soundtrack and listen to it and all through college it's awesome I agree hundred coming in at number two. This one's a little bit of the surprise a love this movie love the filmmakers. Louis to throw back jurors in the Louis performing man Constance are. No memory and you shouldn't Nunez today. So I'm we're just taking ownership. Give us your brother worked out now I'm not like going back I hate to say this an article I'm gonna go Brothers. Now why I don't know I'm not general and now I'm not I'm not Fargo on side cargoes goods and meet side. I don't makes no I'm not an arts in on nine don't appreciate great let your man you know it's. NFA SUS. Kyra appreciate that are you Rembrandt I hear a lot of highbrow as you. Duke but yeah I just am not you phenomena I was ten I was explained his is that O brother where are that was a 1920s southern revivalist musical retelling of the Odyssey moon. Layering adhered your fascinating thing well men and spine and number no this is the Jack our prayers. Number one. It's just. All really top five selling album of all time you get on top selling soundtrack of all time yeah okay he had dinner educators. My old man was so in love with the sound its way to the housing every night so I've got life. One of those things. And I'm Heidi he thought let's give it up for Barry get maybe one of the five greatest pop songwriters of a 100% or percent I don't. No I mean what was your criteria in choosing my criteria and choosing my three Oca was that. The sound tapped the sound track the way the songs. Were were were were worked into the film OPEC provided some sort of a if they were pivotal to the scenes in which they were in. Do you know who it was not a part of your thing that's fair criteria to me also I look to choose great sound checks not only by. How efficiently they were used or how dramatically their used in the film but also replay ability yeah and nostalgia. Yeah as well and I'm in place because we associate so much in our lives time and place with the pop culture we consumed at that time so yeah to me I just ran through basically. I just went childhood college and grown up life of the doubters out there like that kind of a little bit and I also I was I was influenced by eight. Films that I really wrecked don't get my third yes OK number three dirty dancing. Excuse number number why he's wearing his trip that is known Pat Tillman and a quarter at. Number three for Maine. Was. Almost famous. Loved the movie Lleyton. And the soundtrack to me. Perfectly. It's I mean it's about. It's about music it's about if this if you watch this movie. And you don't immediately start dreaming dreaming of life on the road rock and roll or. The sex in between altitude like that we credit just jumping off for roof set yet to have Leon I'm a golden gaga. Yeah who doesn't pay Hudson coming up now that the coming out party for Kate Hudson this is a great movie there's been a little backlash it's a wreath with somebody says they don't think it holds I'd just. Hold it up vice that a huge staying and the headline is does almost famous actually thought. My permanent printed out the Uga you're kidding me in tech and really and I guess I'm about to get off divisive that not does number two number two for me. And this is where you talked about. I'm moving through bungee years in the music being able to transition into a new decade yeah okay it's it's Forrest Gump. Forced out for me. Collins was. Great soundtrack. And you know forces off the I'm here in Utah and you you know you get the feeling for the period. Think given the time jumping that's going to detect the whole movie is based around. Time to time Japanese and that the music helps if you like his little markers for where we are mall where he's he was doing at this time. Awesome sound check roberts' record zemeckis movies usually have. Pretty great soundtrack. And a number one and even with the hang Guinea to. If I don't I had in mind that tanked at that point he got annoying. And then finally. This week talked about this the other day because I love the movie and I love the soundtrack. Beautiful girls however. An and the song that the period of time from the film that I picked was when they're singing sweet Carolina and we talked about that's on being on the other day. But they're singing in the bar. With the buttons at the piano and Uma Thurman is there yep and they're singing it and it makes. It makes a big difference as far as the film is concerned because. You know she's really enjoying singing with him. And he's starting to like her a little bit and then later on his it and make the state of thinking that he can get wit her excuse me that's making the move yeah. Encroaching on the territory slide in the DNS writes lighten up in the DM sits right. I swipe left or right now there's this I don't know which way he's right right swipe right but there are all like who can't relate to being home in Massachusetts. Very high school reunion Thanksgiving time Christmas time. And there's like ten of you and apply that's it nobody else is in there and use it around some things and now the only time I still think it's fun to sing it is when. You're at like what are your favorite watering holes like place we have to do that all the time Abington ale house on the South Shore every night we're pretty much ever that yeah and so and you said. You don't minded in that scene and you actually I loved that movie so much and just. Young Natalie and I listen I know this is that the Roy Moore radio hour about to do but like Natalie Portman when she was in the professional. And then she's in beautiful girls just talk about crushing that right out of the game with your first two movies now and I mean that that unrequited. Soul mate. You know me meeting at the wrong time kind of thing it's it's it's she's Dayton you know. He's watching her skin Eden and she's basically like forget about right and timid we always care to the broken artist is coming home but that transmits and he sees they've all changed the favorite but they're actually still the same in. And that probably I'm sure rich man or man flew off bookshelves after people's I'll have a lot of sense yeah.
