Watch Robert Trujillo's Son, Tye, Make His Debut As Korn's Bassist

April 18, 2017

Like father like son. Tye Trujillo, the twelve-year-old son of Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo made his debut as Korn's temporary bassist in Columbia as part of the band's South American tour.

Tye came to play with Korn after bassist Feldy ran into "unforseen circumstances" that prevented him from travelling to South America. The band said in a released statement, “We are bummed Fieldy can’t join us on this run but excited to do a few gigs with a young player like Tye."
