Tell Me Baby: Kids Listen To The Red Hot Chili Peppers For The First Time

Kids are known for not holding back their opinions on things, and some of the biggest bands in the world like MetallicaGuns N' RosesAC/DC and Nirvana are not exempt from them.

In the newest video from the REACT YouTube channel, a group of kids 13-years-old and under listen to some popular songs by the Red Hot Chili Peppers

Some had some positive things to say about the band:

"I actually quite liked it. This sounds like something I would actually listen to!"
"I like it! Okay, this is good!"
"It's very different. You have the slap bass, Flea. It's just awesome!"
"You guys are giving me good songs. I like 'em!"
"It sounds like Nirvana, but a different voice."
"It's a pretty good song, I like it. Slow and fast!"

While others weren't gravitating towards the Chili Peppers' sound: 

"I liked the beat but they sounded too crazy."
"Of all the ones, I think this is the worst one."
"It didn't sound so 'rock n' roll.' It kinda sounded like calm music."
"Yeah... not feeling it."
"I'm really not feeling this band too much."

Some just had a hard time figuring out what Anthony Kiedis was singing!

"I'm trying to understand what he's singing, but it's not working out too well."
"Wait, what is he saying?"
"I can't really understand most of what he's saying."
"California vacation?"   
"City of angels? That's strange. You should be dead then."
"I couldn't really undestand what he was saying. He was like, mumbling it, kind of."
