Carrie & Corey: 2 decades of crazy

Mistress Carrie & Corey Taylor, a rock'n roll story

July 13, 2017

We met in 1999, at Locobazooka '99, when Slipknot was taking the world by storm.

Here is our very first meeting.

We've been friends ever since.

Through highs and lows, we've always found a way to laugh, and sometimes cry at and with each other.

From the crazy Jager fueled party, that included my feet, to the time he poured me into a cab in DC, and I passed out on my way to the airport, almost missing my flight back to Boston, and my show the next day, the stories are endless.

Spiking vodka with pedialyte, or the other way around, and waiting 3 hours for the worst G'n'R show EVER. Fishing for lobsters at Dick's Last Resort, and fighting blizzards to play acoustic on a ski mountain, we have been through a LOT together.

In the latest episode of my podcast Mistress Carrie's Side Piece, we go back and laugh at the early stages of our friendship, and talk about the future. Corey is one of my favorite people on the planet!

Mistress Carrie's Side Piece Episode 8: Corey Taylor & Dave Grohl

After meeting in 1999, Mistress Carrie and Corey Taylor have remained friends throughout their careers in music. Recently, Carrie and Corey talked about skydiving, motorcycles, making a reality tv show together, G'n'R, Dave Grohl, Foot licking, Ozzfest, writing a book, starting a political party with common sense, The Rock, Baby Metal, Diving too fast, touring with Korn, Stone Sour's new album 'Hydrograd', Song #3, Slipknot, Nickelback, Heading to Broadway, and so much more. This interview is NSFW however, but it's worth getting fired over. Also, because they referenced Dave Grohl, and talked about the interview that Carrie did with the Foo Fighters in 2015 at Fenway Park, that interview replay is also in this episode of Side PIece. Enjoy!
