Metallica, David Bowie, Disturbed And More Nominated For The 2017 Grammy Awards

December 6, 2016

Christmas came early for rock n' roll because a lot of your favorite artists received the nod from the 2017 GRAMMY's!

Although both the rock and metal categories seemed to be put on the backburner during the 2016 GRAMMY's, they shined through with their tribute performances to David Bowie and Lemmy Kilmister.

But for the 2017 GRAMMY's, it appears that both the rock and metal categories command a larger presence with the weight of some of their nominees. With longtime powerhouses like Metallica and refreshing newcomers like Highly Suspect nominated for "Best Rock Song," audiences might be paying more attention than the 2016 awards.
