October 9, 2017

Although the Scorpions haven't lost a step when it comes to rocking audiences since 1965, it doesn't mean that they're not immortal.

During their North American tour with Megadeth, which began September 9th, lead singer Klaus Meine had been stricken with "severe laryngitis", causing the band to cancel the remainder of their dates.

In a statement released by the band, the chose to pull out of the tour solely for Meine's health. "Klause Meine has been advised by top throat specialist in Los Angeles to rest his voice. If he continues the tour, he could risk permanent vocal damage."
