Beth Chapman, wife of reality television star Duane "Dog" Champan and co-star of Dog The Bounty Hunter, has died at the age of 51.

Chapman announced his wife's death on Twitter, saying, "It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side."

According to a report by TMZ, Beth was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017, followed by stage-four lung cancer. She was labeled "cancer free" by December 2017, however the disease returned in November 2018. After undergoing aggressive chemo treatments, Beth announced that she stopped the treatments on Mother's Day. She was placed in a medically induced coma over the weekend to “spare her pain during treatment.”

Beth had 4 kids: Dominic, Cecily, Bonnie Jo and Garry. The latter 2 she had with Dog. She also had 14 grandchildren, one of whom was in her custody after Dog's daughter died in a car crash in Alaska in 2006.
