August 26, 2016

With Frances Bean Cobain's two-year marriage to musician Isaiah Silva already in the toilet, Silva might literally give Cobain a run for her money.

According to E!, court documents claim that Silva is requesting $25,000 a month in spousal support from Cobain, who has an estimated worth of $100 million. The documents detail Silva's monthly expenses, which includes $4,500 for rent, $200 for clothes and $3,333 for private schooling for his child from a previous relationship. Silva also notes that the income stemming from his band, The Eeries, has "change significantly" since their divorce began.

"Due to break of marriage and incidents of violence and harassment against me I have been unable to tour and record music," Silva's documents state.

Also, because Cobain and Silva did not sign a prenuptial agreement, Silva is entitled to receive half of Cobain's earned assets during their marriage.
