Based on the hashtags two things can be inferred. First, the surgery took place in Nashville. Second, the surgery in regards to Dupuytren's contracture which is related to the tissue and basically just doesn't allow certain fingers to completely straighten, leaving them in a bent postion. This is referred to as Viking's Disease because it is common in men of Northern European descent.

Wishing Vince the best and a speedy recovery especially with their upcoming stadium tour with Def Leppard and Poison!
