Watch The Surviving Members Of Nirvana Reunite During Foo Fighters Show In Oregon

December 7, 2017

Eugene, Oregon doesn't sound quite like a city where a lot of wild and crazy stuff happens. But during the Foo Fighters concert on December 5th, the city of Eurgene was in for a treat after being surprised by an onstage reunion of the surviving members of Nirvana.

Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic joined his former grunge companions Dave Grohl and Pat Smear to perform one of the Foos first hit songs, "Big Me."

Watch the full performance in the video below.

After finishing, Grohl turned to Novoselic and said, "I love you Krist; forever and ever and ever and ever." Afterwards, Novoselic acted like he was about to smash bassist Nate Mendel's guitar, to which Grohl reported, "No, no that's a new one - don't smash it - he just got it! It's really hard to hug somebody that's six feet seven - I gotta be honest."
