October 1, 2018

During their set for the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, the Red Hot Chili Peppers performed their debut cover of Jimi Hendrix's hit song, "Purple Haze."

On top of covering Hendrix, the Chili Peppers also covered "Ramblin' Man" by the Allman Brothers Band, on top of their own songs like "Dark Necessities," "Goodbye Angels," and "Under the Bridge."

Bassist Flea shared a positive review of the show, calling it "a righteous f**king party" for the benefit of musical education.
