Watch Alice In Chains' Jerry Cantrell Nail His First Pitch at "Alice In Chains Night"

August 21, 2018

It's one thing to get a whole night dedicated to your band at a baseball stadium. But for Alice In Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell, the honor didn't stop there.

Great night in Seattle! #aliceinchains #mariners

Not only did the Seattle Mariners declare August 21st "Alice In Chains Night" in celebration of the band's roots in the city and the release of their new album, Rainier Fog, but Cantrell was granted the honor of throwing out the first pitch. For many people, this is a huge amount of pressure for such a simple task. But not Cantrell. He takes the ball and sends it right over the plate like it's just another sweet guitar solo. No sweat.
