Tom Morello Performs Audioslave & Rage Against The Machine Hits During Live Seattle Show

November 8, 2019

Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello was recently seen performing at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle, WA as part of his tour in support of his solo album The Atlas Underground. While there, he was played a handful of hit Rage Against The Machine songs including “Killing in the Name” during the encore portion of the show where he invites members of the audience onstage to be part of the performance.

He also paid tribute to his late Audioslave bandmate Chris Cornell by playing a flurry of Audioslave songs like "Cochise" and "Like A Stone", as well as taping a sign behind his guitar that read "Cornell Forever."

Kick ass sold out show in Seattle! Good to see my buddy @officialduffmckagan. Great, great crowd tonight. #CornellForever . Mass incarceration hurts everyone. Caging people, taking away their ability to vote and locking them up for decades separates families, harms communities, and costs millions of dollars. There is a better way. And by the way, it’s not a war on drugs. It’s a war on people. People with dealing with substance use disorder don’t need jail, they need treatment and support.
