With the resurgance of interest in vinyl, music fans can expect a lot of tasty exclusive releases by their favorite artists for the 12th annual Record Store Day on April 13th. Below is a short list of some of the rare recordings fans can expect to come across this year:

  • The first vinyl version of My Chemical Romance's live album The Black Parade Is Dead! 
  • Green Day's appearance at Woodstock 1994, featuring performances of "Longview," "When I Come Around," "Basket Case" and more
  • The Wonder Years's 10-inch vinyl Sister Cities
  • A four-song 12-inch vinyl by the Used featuring covers of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Shadow Of The Day" by Linkin Park
  • A 7-inch reissue of "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen
  • A 7-inch vinyl of Bad Religion's "My Sanity"
  • A 12-inch version of David Bowie's studio album Pin Ups
  • Live recordings of the Ramones
  • A 3-inch single of "Big Me" by the Foo Fighters
  • A 7-inch colored vinyl of Halestorm's "Buzz" and "Chemical"
  • Vinyl releases of Weezer's Teal covers album and their B-sides album, Dusty Gems And Raw Nuggets
  • The White Stripes' 3-inch single of "Candy Cane Child" that comes with its own player
  • Beartooth's two-song 7-inch vinyl of "Takeover" and "Messed Up"
