Slipknot's "Tortilla Man" Performed with a Real Tortilla on His Face

August 26, 2019

Ever since Slipknot re-emerged in 2019 with new masks, a new album, and a mysterious new member known only as "Tortilla Man," fans keep coming up short over the drummer's true idenity. Currently, the only hints they have are that aside from being a fiery percussionist, he is also a talented pianist.

And given the band's recent performance in Pennsylvania on August 23rd, "Tortilla Man" has a sense of humor over the nickname Slipknot's fans (aka "maggots") have given him. That is because instead of his usual mask, "Tortilla Man" was seen performing with an actual tortilla with eye-holes on his face.

Frontman Corey Taylor also disclosed that even if fans are able to correctly identify "Tortilla Man," the band won't confirm it.
