Frank Sidoris, guitarist for Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, announced that he is stepping down from the band's European tour due to a family emergency.

"Tonight was my last show of the European tour as I am headed back to the US to be with my wife Alexandria Finley for her first full-on chemotherapy treatment," Sidoris wrote on his Instagram. "Our good friend Corey Churko will be filling in for me for the remainder of this European run and I can’t thank him enough."

GoFundMe page was started to help pay for the cost of Finley's cancer treatments, which is nearing its goal of $65,000.

Tonight was my last show of the European tour as I am headed back to the US to be with my wife @alexandriafinley for her first full-on chemotherapy treatment. Our good friend @corychurko will be filling in for me for the remainder of this European run and I can’t thank him enough. I will rejoin for the US/Canada tour, see you then! #smkc
