Perry Farrell, Green Day & Alice Cooper Get Roasted in Jimmy Kimmel's "Mean Tweets"

November 14, 2019

Jimmy Kimmel's ever popular "Mean Tweets" segment is back for another round of musicians feeling the wrath of the internet. Everyone like hip-hop artists like Chance The Rapper and Lizzo, to pop singers Billie Eilish and Monsta X, and even country singers Luke Combs and Luke Bryan.

Even rockers like Perry Farrell, Green Day and Alice Cooper took the heat like champions. "Why does Tré Cool from Green Day look like the emo version of Ted Cruz?" writes one Twitter user.

Perry Farrell learned that aside from being the frontman of Jane's Addiction, that he is also a unit of measurement for sanity. "How crazy are you on a scale from 1 to Perry Farrell?" writes another Twitter user. "Oh, I'm 100% Perry Farrell," laughs Farrell.

Lastly, Alice Cooper's longevity is put into question when one user asks, "Alice Cooper look 65 in 1972, how is he still alive?"
