March 29, 2018

On April 22nd, 2018, HBO's hit western/sci-fi/drama series Westworld returns and to get a sense of what we may expect for season 2, the official trailer includes a looming piano cover of Nirvana's "Heart-Shaped Box" by composer Ramin Djawadi to create a sense of uneasiness, uncertainty, and lots and lots of bloodshed.

We are reintroduced to the damsel in distress-turned renegade android Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood), Maeve (Thandie Newton) and her quest to find her daughter (who may or may not even exist), the conflicted Bernard (Jeffrey Wright), and the true intentions of the Man In Black (Ed Harris) in their war for survival.

The trailer also shows a glimpse of the previously teased attraction from Season 1, "Shogun World," which will be devling us deeper and deeper into the Westworld universe.
