Marilyn Manson To Appear In Stephen King's "The Stand" Television Series

Stephen King's The Stand is one of the author's biggest literary works, and it received its first visual adaptation in 1994. Now it has been announced that a 10-episode television series based on The Stand will be appearing on CBS.

Among those cast in the series includes James Marsden as Stu Redman, Amber Heard as Nadine Cross, Whoopi Goldberg as Mother Abigail, Greg Kinnear as Glen Batemen, Henry Zaga as Nick Andros, and Odessa Young as Frannie Goldsmith.

While speaking with Revolver, Marilyn Manson revealed that he will also be appearing in the series, but did not disclose who his character will be. He also revealed that the series will include a cover of "The End" by The Doors that he recorded with Shooter Jennings.
