Lita Ford Performs "Kiss Me Deadly" Onstage with 12-Year-Old Fan

Before she paved the way for women in metal, Lita Ford first rose to fame as the lead guitarist in the all-female rock band The Runaways. 

During her concert at the Canyon in Santa Clarita, CA, Ford was joined onstage by 12-year-old fan Helena Harris for a duet of her hit song "Kiss Me Deadly."

Ford recorded "Kiss Me Deadly" in 1988 for her album Lita and. was ranked as her highest charting single on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 12. In 2019, it was featured on the soundtrack to the superhero flick Captain Marvel.
