The Kids Of 'South Park' Cover Nirvana & Green Day In New Episode "Hummels & Heroin"

October 20, 2017

Opiods. Hummels. Old lady farts. Just a regular episode of South Park.

In the episode titled "Hummels & Heroin", Stan's grandfather is involved in a drug ring operating out of a nursing home that has resulted in the overdoses in some of their favorite entertainers. As part of their plan to take down the cartel, Eric, Kyle, Kenny and Butters were to distract a group of elders with some barbershop quartet covers of "Rape Me" by Nirvana and "When I Come Around" by Green Day.

"Our youth group has come to lift your spirits with some songs to take you down memory lane," says Cartman. Although the kids' song selection were from the '90s and '00s, they at least brought us down memory lane. "We hope you can enjoy some nice 'old people music.'"
