December 5, 2018

Even with Guns N' Roses' hectic touring schedule, bassist Duff McKagan is still finding the time to write and record a new solo album for 2019.

Produced by Shooter Jennings, he and McKagan first began on the solo record back in March 2018 at Station House studios in Echo Park, CA during downtime of GNR's Not In This Lifetime Tour.

According to McKagan, the solo album will be a follow-up to his 2015 book How To Be A Man (And Other Illusions). McKagan's previous solo album, Believe In Me, was released in 1993 and his Loaded outfit released The Taking in 2011.
