While 3-year-old Quinn Waters of Weymouth, MA was recovering from brain surgery, he was in store for a big surprise outside his window. That's because members of The Dropkick Murphys stopped by his home for a special live acoustic performance just for the toddler.

"A few of the guys were able to sneak over and play some songs for an awesome little fella named Quinn yesterday," the band wrote on their social media. "Quinn is currently unable to leave his home due to high risk of infection while battling cancer. Quinn has a wonderful family and they are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time."

Quinn's surgery involved the removal of a brain tumor followed by stem cell transplants. As a result of the procedure, Quinn must stay at home to allow his immune system of recover, and he is only allowed to interact with non-immediate family members through his window.

Along with The Dropkick Murphys, Quinn has received visits from police officers, dancers, and even a parade full of puppies!

Quinn's family encourages anyone that would like to help to donate blood or platelets at the blood donation center at Boston Children's Hospital.
