Courtney Love Sued By Ex Son-In-Law For Allegedly Conspiring To Murder Him

According to TMZ, Courtney Love is being sued by her former son-in-law Isaiah Silva claiming that she conspired to kidnap and murder him in order to retrieve the guitar that once belonged to her late husband Kurt Cobain.

Silva says in his lawsuit that Brittany Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi, along with two other men, posed as police officers and broke into his West Hollywood home  to burglarize, assault, sexually batter and murder him for the sole purpose of acquiring the guitar that was gifted to him before his divorce from Frances Bean Cobain.

Silva also alleges that the group of men injured his mother, and that Lutfi would supply Courtney and Frances with drugs and benzodiazepine.

Silva's lawsuit against Love isn't the only one he hopes on taking to court. He has also filed lawsuits against the three men who he believes had a hand in the alleged assault: John Nazarian, actor Ross Butler and musician Michael Schenk.
