"Beavis and Butt-Head" Creator Has Plans For A New Movie Sequel

July 26, 2019

Beavis and Butt-Head was the guilty-pleasure animated series of MTV where the two loveable slackers provided low-hanging fruit commentary over some of our favorite music videos (fun fact: MTV used to play music videos).

In 1996, Beavis and Butt-Head graduated from television to theaters in their feature film Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, where they both inadvertently save the country from a bioweapon from domestic terrorists.

But in an interview with SlashFilm, the show's creator Mike Judge says he has some ideas for a possible sequel to the film that would take place in the modern digital era.

Back in 2010, Beavis and Butthead briefly returned to MTV where the clueless duo provided commentary on not just the new wave of popular artists, but also pop culture in general like the "Twilight" phenomenon.
