AC/DC's Engineer Confirms That The Band Has Been Recording In The Studio

April 10, 2019

AC/DC working on a new album is probably the most open secret in music. Even though the band has not made any official announcement, the growing amount of evidence suggesting that they are working in the studio is nearly unmistakable. But according to Mike Fraser, AC/DC's longtime engineer, AC/DC has definitely been up to something in the studio.

During an interview with record masterer Tony "Jack the Bear" Mantz, Fraser carefully tip-toed over the subject of a new AC/DC album while affirming fans that of their suspicions.  "Umm... Well, yeah, I can say that we've been in the studio doing something. What's come of that I can't discuss yet."

When asked if Brian Johnson has been singing in the studio, Fraser responds with "I think so."
