6 Times Halestorm's Lzzy Hale Proved To Be A New Breed Of Rockstar

October 10, 2017

Try to find one negative thing about Halestorm's Lzzy Hale and you will unfortunately come up empty. She's part of a new generation of rockers that will carry the torch of real, quality, head-banging, eardrum-blasting music. From starting a band with her little brother (and drummer) Arejay Hale and their father out of Red Lion, Pennylvania, to accepting awards and selling out shows for thousands of people, we wanted to pay tribute to one of our favorite ladies of rock with some of our favorite Lzzy Hale moments.

  1. The time Halestorm rocked the House of Blues Boston with WAAF in this killer acoustic set

  2. The time she jammed out "Cherry Bomb" by the Runaways with Lita Ford and Dorothy

  3. The time when they won their first grammy for "Love Bites (So Do I)"

  4. The time she didn't want to be seen just as a pretty face

  5. The time she gave great advice when dealing with bullying

  6. When this gem from their early days surfaced online

  7. BONUS: The time she and the band stormed a listener's house to give him an autographed guitar
