Motley Pew: Vince Neil Goes to Church on Christmas Day

'Christmas miracles do happen!'

December 30, 2019

Vince Neil really means it when he sings “Shout at the Devil.”

The Mötley Crüe frontman practiced what he preached when he attended church services on Christmas Day. Neil sat next to Mike Wolfe, star of the History Channel series “American Pickers, who posted the evidence on Instagram with the caption: “Christmas miracles do happen!!!! I got @thevinceneil to come to church.”

Neil was seemingly joined by girlfriend Rain Hannah, who commented on the post: “We love you guys !!! It was a beautiful service.”

Mötley Crüe is preparing for one of the biggest hard rock tours in recent memory. They’re co-headlining a summer stadium trek with Def Leppard, with Poison and Joan Jett serving as the appetizers.

Motley Crue hasn't performed together since December 31, 2015 and the band had famously signed a cessation of touring agreement, which was literally blown up.

“It feels great,” Neil said during the official announcement. “We haven’t seen each other since (“The Dirt”) premiere and it’s just good to be back in the room with the guys and talk and joking around and getting that brotherhood back.”

The tour kicks off on June 21st in San Antonio, TX and runs through September 5th in Inglewood, CA, but those involved don’t seem to think it will end there. According to Pollstar, More than 700,000 tickets had been sold during the first week of sales for a gross of more than $90 million.

"The word on the street was that fans were overly excited about this stadium tour even before it was announced," said Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott. “Well, it’s out there now and it keeps getting bigger and bigger. This is going to be a monster of a tour!"
